Responsibilities:
* Drive standards and sales across various Fresh Food departments
* Upholding compliance with HACCP and Food Safety requirements
* Managing a team of fresh food staff
* Ordering and managing stock
Requirements:
* Previous experience in fresh foods necessary
* Experienced in managing large teams
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety protocols
